Happy to be able to write such appreciative words… besides my iPhone my tub is my most treasured possession! Mine is a two person and is 12 years old... I just took a picture of it in its new location now that it is up and running. I bought a house and moved it this past Monday and have been wiring and getting electrical to it. I have been 2 weeks without a tub and moving boxes to boot! I can't wait to get in it tonight... thanks again!

…here are a few photos of our 22 year old Beachcomber model 810 we bought in early 1991 from Cypress on Fraser Highway Surrey. Still running strong on original motor, heater, which I was told by others may have to be replaced a few years after new but amazingly still works like new. Naturally we have replaced the lid 3 or 4 times as it has always been outdoors with no Gazebo protection, we moved it to our current location 20 years ago when we purchased a new home.

...We both in the past have enjoyed the many benefits that a hot tub has to offer, namely the invigorating massage, the water therapy leaving one with a total relaxed feeling, but this was always in other peoples hot tubs and we decided that one day we would get one of our own... we found from friends who own a Beachcomber and checking the factual stats of the product, there was no better hot tub/spa made then Beachcomber... I cannot say enough about the joys of owning your hot tub, the seating arrangements, the jets, the mood lights... thank YOU for a marvelous product...

Hi, I figured I would let you know that after having the hot tub for 2 months our kids still use it at least 7 times a week. When the weather was hot we put the temperature down in the tub and the kids used it to cool off. I figured I would get a hot tub now when my kids are still smaller and at home. Some days they go in 3 times. My 4 year old loves to play in the hot tub with her mermaid and fish. At night it is the best place to go to watch the hockey game. As you can see I have a few kids to fill our 738. There is still one missing as she is only 7 months old. Thanks so much for an excellent product... Thank- you again.

... we have bird feeders up, and we have woods on the edge of the garden, so if you sit quietly in the tub, birds and squirrels are all around. ...on Feb. 21, the delivery crew arrived, and in very short order had the tub in place, full of water, chemically balanced and well on it's way to a comfortable 104... several things became deciding factors (in no particular order): The no dicker price (I won't see it on for x% off next month at the Home Show), the quality and engineering, Canadian Made, no competition bashing, a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff that seem to have customer service well in their minds, a complete package (everything was included, no ‘by the way you need this.& this...’), and when finally the tub was up to temperature, well all I can say is why did I wait so long...........Please let your staff know to keep doing what they are doing, for that is what customer satisfaction is all about.
