In addition, we also offer a complete line of water care products, parts and accessories. Our Home Office and manufacturing plant is located in Surrey, British Columbia and we have over 200 employees in our Home Office and three Development Center locations worldwide: Oakville and Montreal in Canada, and San Diego, California. Job Description

Beachcomber Hot Tubs Customer Care Specialist

This role is responsible for providing top-notch support to our consumers and retailers for Hot Tubs, Plus Products and Water Care along with providing some basic technical product assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities will include

  • Providing excellent support to our consumers and dealers via email and telephone communication
  • Provide positive solutions based on the Beachcomber Hot Tub Guarantee Policy
  • Provide support to the an assigned Dealer Area by promoting and processing orders for Hot Tubs, Plus Products, technical support
  • Maintain and respond to inquiries coming through the Beachcomber Website through online chat
  • Maintain and update on a daily basis the factory Hot Tub Inventory
  • Promote sales by initiating outbound dealer calls
  • Provide general support to our internal customers
  • Receive & transfer via multi line telephone calls in a courteous & professional manner
  • Greet clients & assist in a courteous manner
  • Perform admin duties such as filing & word processing
  • Assist in organization of events
  • Support & process for dealer accounts
  • Direct selling to retail customers
  • Process credit card payments
  • Advise dealers of back orders
  • Other duties/projects as assigned
  • Maintain dealer contact list
  • Sales order processing via e-com/manual
  • Upselling plus and hot tubs to dealer network
  • Costco/e-Store/Outlet orders maintain & coordinate shipping/installations
  • Assist in updating Hot Tub file
  • Assist & resolve customer issues with dealers
  • Initiate sales calls to dealer network to promote new product
  • Fulfill dealer expectations by responding to request enquires with a commitment to follow through in a time fashion
  • Meet & exceed sales quotas
  • Candidate must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of high school education with any business administration courses an asset
  • Previous reception/customer service experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision
  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to query callers and direct appropriately
  • Computer literacy with experience in MS Office and SysPro as well as CRM or similar applications
  • Ability to multi-task with flexibility in work style
